Melissa Etheridge schedules a fresh batch of club shows
Etheridge is now set to tour the U.S. through mid-May, after which she'll take a two-month break before embarking on a European tour, the itinerary for which is posted at her official website.
The jaunt features several multi-night stands in major cities. Tickets for all shows are on sale now, and members of Etheridge's fan club have access to special members-only ticket packages for many of the dates. Details are available at Etheridge's site.
Backing Etheridge during the outing are drummer Kenny Aronoff, bassist Mark Browne and guitarist Phillip Sayce.
In February, Etheridge released "Lucky," the follow-up to 2002's "Skin." The new album features lead-off single "Breathe," the video for which is streaming at her site.
A new Etheridge DVD--which will be filmed during her April 17 performance at New York's Roseland Ballroom--is expected to hit stores this fall.
