A judge in Tucson, AZ, has reportedly reversed a previous order that called for Diana Ross to return to Tucson to serve 48 consecutive hours in jail.
Ross, who pleaded no contest to a DUI charge in February, was supposed to have served her sentence in her hometown of Greenwich, CT, but the judge initially found that she didn't spend 24 consecutive hours in jail, as Arizona law requires.
The judge relented after it was determined that Ross spent 22 1/2 hours in jail in Greenwich between Feb. 9 and Feb. 10, and was released 1 1/2 hours early because no female guard was on duty.
Bob Dylan will headline this year's Fleadh festival, set to take place on July 20 at Finsbury Park in London.

According to a press release, Sugar Ray's involvement will include "a six-episode reality-TV series tentatively titled 'On the Road' which will be filmed during Sugar Ray's upcoming 18-market U.S. concert tour and will involve the band members and a major record label."
The Kia-sponsored show, which will appear on the Spike TV cable network in June and July, "will track eight young hopefuls as they compete for the opportunity to land a job with a major record label."
