Rosanne Cash scatters concert dates through January
Singer/songwriter Rosanne Cash is continuing her support of last year's "Rules of Travel" with various North American concert appearances.
Rather than remaining on the road for lengthy stretches, Cash mainly has scheduled one-off appearances.
The Grammy-nominated "Rules of Travel," which was issued last spring, is Cash's first new set since 1996's "10 Song Demo."
Though "Rules of Travel" was critically acclaimed, it was issued during a tumultuous year for Cash. Her stepmother, June Carter Cash, died in May of 2003, and her father, Johnny Cash, died four months later.
Johnny and Rosanne Cash dueted on the "Rules of Travel" track "September When It Comes," which Rosanne wrote with her husband and producer John Leventhal. The song accompanied a montage of rare family photos compiled for last year's Johnny Cash Memorial Tribute Concert in Nashville, and was later release as a music video.
