IMAX, the giant-screen film company, has started production on a rock concert film called "All Access," which will combine performances by Carlos Santana [ tickets ], Sting [ tickets ] and Phish's Trey Anastasio [ tickets ] with footage of rehearsals, soundchecks and backstage conversations.

The 60- to 70-minute film will also include performances by Macy Gray [ tickets ], Kid Rock [ tickets ], Mary J. Blige, B.B. King, George Clinton, Sheryl Crow and Matchbox 20's Rob Thomas. Initial footage for the film, which is slated for a Feb. 2001 release, was recently shot at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles.
