The brothers of Hanson [ tickets ], who are nearing the end of their summer tour, have unveiled plans for more roadwork this fall.

The group has a handful of late August and early September stops remaining on its summer itinerary, and is currently scheduled to take a few weeks off before launching a batch of fall shows at the end of September. The new dates, which stretch into early October, focus on the western U.S. Details are shown below.

Tickets for many of the concerts are on sale now, and those for the group's Oct. 9 stop in San Francisco hit the box office on Sunday (8/29), according to Ticketmaster. (Ticketmaster is liveDaily's parent company.)

Hanson is on the road in support of its April release, "Underneath." Originally due out last fall, the album was delayed after the band--which split with Island/Def Jam in early 2003--decided to launch its own label, dubbed 3CG, and release the set independently. According to drummer Zac Hanson, all three of the Hanson brothers are closely involved in the business of overseeing the label.

"It's pretty much run by everybody," he said in a recent liveDaily interview. "We're very involved in everything that goes on. We always have been. This is really taking it to the next level, I guess. Sometimes we're so involved that it really slows things down--'Darn, if we only had two members in the band and we didn't have to get that third guy's opinion.'"

"Underneath," which is the follow-up to 2000's "This Time Around," sold more than 37,000 copies during its first week out, and debuted at No. 25 on The Billboard 200 album chart.

Musicians who collaborated with the Hanson brothers on "Underneath" include Matthew Sweet, Carole King, Greg Alexander (New Radicals), Ed Robertson (Barenaked Ladies) and Michelle Branch.
