Destiny's Child singer Beyonce suffered a hamstring injury this week in Los Angeles, where the recently reunited trio was rehearsing new dance routines.

According to an announcement posted on the group's website, Beyonce tore her right hamstring. The singer received treatment from a sports-injury specialist, who has advised her to avoid dancing and other strenuous physical activity for about a week.

On Nov. 16, Destiny's Child releases "Destiny Fulfilled," the group's first new set since 2001's "Survivor."

Mary J. Blige , Kenny Chesney, Al Green, Elton John, Norah Jones, B.B. King, Reba McEntire, Usher and Stevie Wonder are among the artists scheduled to perform at an Oct. 8 tribute to the late Ray Charles .

The event is set to take place on Oct. 8 at Los Angeles' Staples Center, and a taped version is scheduled to air on Oct. 22 on CBS.

Virgin Records has announced a Nov. 2 release date for "The Rolling Stones : Live Licks," a two-disc set recorded during the band's 2002-2003 world tour. The album features guest appearances by Sheryl Crow and Solomon Burke, and includes 11 tracks that have never before been released on a Stones live disc, according to Virgin.

The Recording Industry Association of American (RIAA) has filed another round of lawsuits against alleged file-swappers whom the RIAA claims illegally disseminated copyrighted works via online peer-to-peer services. The 762 new lawsuits include claims against 32 people at 26 U.S. universities, according to published reports.

The RIAA began suing individual file-swappers about a year ago, and has since filed more than 5,500 lawsuits.
