Alter Bridge stretches tour deeper into fall

Creed spin-off Alter Bridge has added more stops to its inaugural headlining tour, which kicked off last month.
The new dates extend the band's itinerary into mid-November. Tickets for most shows are on sale now, though recently added stops in Seattle and Grand Rapids, MI, will hit the box office in the coming days. Details are shown below.
Alter Bridge's Wind-up Records label-mate Submersed and Sony artist Crossfade hold down the tour's two opening slots.
Alter Bridge--Creed alumni Mark Tremonti (guitar), Scott Phillips (drums) and Brian Marshall (bass), along with former Mayfield Four frontman Myles Kennedy--issued its debut album, "One Day Remains," in August. The set features the single "Open Your Eyes," which has spent 14 weeks on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The cut is streaming at Alter Bridge's website.
Submersed issued its debut set, "In Due Time," on Sept. 28. Crossfade's self-titled debut surfaced in April.
