Hardcore rockers Hatebreed [ tickets ] have hammered out more dates for their current tour, which now stretches into mid-January.

Dubbed the Heavyweights of Hardcore Tour, the 2004 shows feature support from Terror, Full Blown Chaos, No Warning and Sick of It All.

The 2005 leg--tagged as the Heavyweights of Hardcore Tour 2, and featuring Agnostic Front [ tickets ], Diecast [ tickets ], Love Is Red [ tickets ] and The Autumn Offering [ tickets ]--has grown to encompass a number of new stops, including a two-night stand in the Phoenix area, and shows at two Southern California House of Blues clubs. Details are shown in the itinerary below.

Tickets for a number of shows are on sale now, and registered users of Hatebreed's website have a shot at tickets via online presales. More information is posted at the site.

Among the tour's remaining 2004 dates is a Dec. 21 performance at Alrosa Villa in Columbus, OH, where, last week, Damageplan/Pantera guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott and three other men were shot to death by a deranged fan during a Damageplan concert.

"Right now, we like so many are in complete disbelief and shock at the horrific murder of our friend, hero and brother Dimebag Darrell," Hatebreed wrote in a message posted at its website. "Dime was one of the most amazing, generous, talented, funny, charismatic and caring people we have ever met. Some of the greatest times of our lives were spent with him and we will never forget his zest for life and generosity. Thank you Dime. The world will never be the same without you. Your contributions to music and to all of our lives are invaluable and will never be forgotten. We love you bro."
