Briefly: Old 97's, Vince Neil, Journey, Jessica Simpson

"Old 97's Live," a concert DVD that was filmed at The Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA, while the Texas rock group was recording its latest album, will hit stores on Jan. 25, according to New West Records.

The DVD captures the group's 20-song performance, during which it played a mix of favorites from its previously issued albums along with some songs from its then-forthcoming set, July's "Drag it Up."

An arrest warrant has for misdemeanor assault has been issued in Dallas for Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil . Neil is accused of beating a soundman unconscious at the nightclub Gilley's in October, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Neil is scheduled to return to the Dallas area in March, when Motley Crue's reunion tour is scheduled to visit the area.
