Itinerary finalized for inaugural Taste of Chaos tour

The itinerary for the first Taste of Chaos tour--a winter outing featuring rock acts The Used , My Chemical Romance , Killswitch Engage , Senses Fail , Saosin and Underoath--has undergone a few final tweaks in advance of its Feb. 18 launch in Florida.

Since the tour was first announced in November, organizers have dropped a handful of dates from the schedule and added others; the final itinerary is below.

The Taste of Chaos tour is produced by Kevin Lyman, who also founded the annual summer Warped Tour festival. Lyman conceived Taste of Chaos as a winter counterpart to the popular warm-weather outing.

As is the case with the Warped Tour, the Taste of Chaos trek will include more than the main-stage performances; a concourse area will house video games, autograph signings, contests and an acoustic stage that will feature Opiate for the Masses, Bleed the Dream and Nicky P.

The acoustic stage will also feature local acts chosen through a partnership with MySpace.com; details will be posted at the MySpace website.

Cable music-video channel Fuse and Revolver magazine have been announced as the tour's media partners. Both outlets are planning coverage during the run-up to the tour, and Fuse plans to air a tour special after the tour's completion.
