Flogging Molly heads up 'Green 17 Tour'

Celtic-punk outfit Flogging Molly gets to flaunt its heritage during this winter's Guinness-beer-sponsored "Green 17 Tour."

The Irish-themed outing kicks off with a two-night, Feb. 22-23 stand in Tucson, and runs until March 20. In addition to Flogging Molly, the trek will also feature Hot Water Music and The Riverboat Gamblers.

Also on tap for Flogging Molly is a handful of late-January/early February shows on the West Coast. Details are shown below.

Flogging Molly's most recent album is last year's "Within a Mile of Home." The album's first three tracks--including "Factory Girls," featuring singer/songwriter Lucinda Williams--are streaming at the band's website.

Hot Water Music offered up two new sets in 2004: career-spanning compilation "Never Ender," and original studio collection "The New What Next."

"Backsides," the latest from The Riverboat Gamblers, surfaced last September.
