U2 rolls into additional shows in Los Angeles, Anaheim, San Jose

The U2 North American tour plan expanded further on Sunday (1/30) with the addition of three new dates spread across the band's tour stops in California.

The new shows will take place 4/2 at Anaheim's Arrowhead Pond, 4/6 at Los Angeles' Staples Center and 4/10 at San Jose's HP Pavilion.

With the new dates in place, U2's North American tour route now encompasses 23 shows across 13 cities.

Ticket sale rollouts continue Monday (1/31) in the northeast with tickets for New York's Madison Square Garden and East Rutherford's Continental Airlines Arena hitting ticket machines.

On Saturday, U2 ticket demand prompted the addition of a second show in San Diego on 3/30, two new shows in Chicago on 5/10 and 5/12 and a new date in Boston on 5/28.

Denver-area radio and newspaper outlets are reporting that a second show for the Denver market has been set for April 21st at the Pepsi Center, but ticket sales information was not verifiable at press time. liveDaily will report that show's onsale information as it becomes available.
