Briefly: Beck, Joe Perry, Lamb of God, Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez
A March 29 release date is set for "Guero," Beck 's first new album since 2002's "Sea Change."
The collection will be issued in three formats: a standard CD, a two-disc package containing two music videos and a 5.1 audio mix, and a third edition containing four remixes by Royksopp.
Earlier this week, Beck released the four-track EP "Hell Yes" via Apple's iTunes Music Store, as well as an exclusive video.
Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry will release a self-titled solo album on May 3. The set features 11 Perry originals, plus covers of songs by Woody Guthrie and The Doors.
Lamb of God won't be appearing with Slipknot when the Subliminal Verses Tour touches down at The Forum in the Los Angeles area in April.
The former home of the Los Angeles Lakers is now owned by the Faithful Central Bible Church, and church leaders banned Lamb of God from appearing at the venue after they learned of its previous name, Burn the Priest.
Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez will make their first joint performance as husband and wife during the Feb. 13 Grammy Awards ceremony.
