Singer/songwriter Ryan Cabrera [ tickets ]'s schedule is packed with dates for a tour that stretches into the spring, as well as a number of high-profile television appearances.

Cabrera--who is backing his debut full-length, last year's "Take It All Away"--is in the midst of a solid run of shows that take him through the end of March, and has also penciled a handful of April and May concerts. Details are shown in the itinerary below.

Included in the itinerary is a late-April, four-night stand at Disney World in Florida, where Cabrera is part of the lineup for the resort's "Disney Grad Nite" festivities; the event caters to "high school seniors from around the country, the chaperones and invited guests," according to the Disney Grad Nite website.

In addition to his concert plans, Cabrera is also slated to appear on Monday's (2/28) episode of ABC-TV's "The View," during which he'll perform his ballad "True"; and the March 8 episode of "Last Call with Carson Daly," where he's slated to perform his latest single, "40 Kinds of Sadness."
