Bow Wow, Omarion lead fourth 'Scream' outing
Young rapper Bow Wow heads up the bill of this summer's "Scream 4 Presents: The Heart Throb Tour," a trek that will also feature Omarion , Marques Houston , Bobby Valentino and Pretty Ricky .
The outing gets underway July 20 in Trenton, NJ, and will visit amphitheaters and arenas in about 30 cities.
Eighteen-year old Bow Wow will release his fourth album, "Wanted," on July 12. The new set was produced by Jermaine Dupri, and includes appearances by Snoop Dogg, Ciara and others.
This fall, Bow Wow stars in the upcoming feature film "Roll Bounce," as well as the new WB-network sitcom "Bow."
Bow Wow's "Scream 4" tourmate Omarion--formerly of the R&B quartet B2K--appears on the albums' first single, "Let Me Hold You." Omarion's debut album, "O," topped The Billboard 200 chart in March.
Omarion's younger brother Marques "Batman" Houston issued his solo debut in 2003, and is currently supporting "Naked," this year's follow-up.
R&B artist Bobby Valentino released his debut solo album earlier this year. Thanks to the hit single "Slow Down," the set debuted at No. 3 on The Billboard 200.
Quartet Pretty Ricky--an all-brother act featuring three rappers and a singer--is backing its debut album, "Bluestars."
