Lisa Marie Presley [ tickets ]'s recently announced plans to spend the month of July on the road have been postponed.

Of the dozen shows Presley was due to play in July, only a July 2 appearance at the Daytona International Speedway during the Pepsi 400 NASCAR race remains intact. NBC is scheduled to air live her pre-race performance of a new single titled "Thanx," a track that NASCAR will be using in a television advertising campaign that kicks off in mid-July, according to a press release.

Meanwhile, the rest of Presley's July itinerary--which focused primarily on the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest--will likely be rescheduled for August and September, according to her website. The postponed shows are listed below.

A message posted at Presley's site claims the postponements have occurred because Presley is "revamping her show."

The singer is still scheduled to perform in Dallas on Tuesday (6/28) and New Orleans on Wednesday (6/29) as planned.

Presley toured the eastern U.S. following the early April release of her sophomore album, "Now What," which debuted at No. 9 on The Billboard 200 album chart. The set houses her cover of Don Henley's "Dirty Laundry," as well as the aforementioned "Thanx."

Capitol Records, Presley's label, plans to deliver "Thanx" and additional "Now What" track "Idiot"--which features Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones--to radio stations next month, according to the label.

Presley executive produced "Now What" with guitarist Michael Lockwood, and wrote the lyrics for 10 of the album's tracks, according to a press release. Former Four Non-Blondes frontwoman Linda Perry collaborated with Presley on the album, and guests on the cut "Shine."
