Though the album and single are due in stores this fall, no specific release date has been announced for either.
The hits compilation "NOW That's What I Call Music! Vol. 19," which features previously issued hits by Coldplay , Gwen Stefani and The Killers, among others, tops this week's Billboard 200 album chart, marking the seventh release in the series to hit No. 1.
Mariah Carey's "The Emancipation of Mimi" jumps from No. 5 to No. 2 this week, while R. Kelly's "TP.3 Reloaded" sinks to No. 3, ending its two-week stint atop the chart.
Coldplay's "X&Y" stays put at No.4, while Bow Wow's "Wanted" falls two rungs to No. 5, according to Billboard.
The Foo Fighters , who embark on a co-headlining tour with Weezer in September, have been added to the bill of this year's Voodoo Music Experience, set for Oct. 29-30 at City Park in New Orleans.
British rockers Embrace have called off a planned North American tour, which was scheduled to open Tuesday (7/26) in Toronto.
"We're incredibly disappointed to have to cancel our upcoming tour dates and let down our fans," singer Danny McNamara said in a press release, which didn't give a reason for the cancellation. "Our hope is to make up the dates and return to America later this year."
