Briefly: Bo Bice, Guns N' Roses, Bjork, Ryan Cabrera
Rocker Bo Bice , who departed the American Idols Live tour earlier this month to undergo intestinal surgery, reportedly has been released from a Las Vegas hospital and is recuperating.
Bice's minister told the Associated Press that Bice is expected to rest for about six weeks in "an undisclosed place," and that the singer still faces the risk of infection.
There still hasn't been an official statement from Bice's camp regarding his condition, but he isn't expected to return to the Idols tour.
Former Guns N' Roses members Slash and Duff McKagen have filed suit against GN'R frontman Axl Rose, alleging that Rose has named himself the administrator of the band's copyrights, and is keeping their share of the revenue.
Slash and McKagen allege that Rose is unjustly pocketing about $500,000 per year due to the maneuver.
The famous swan dress worn by Icelandic vocalist Bjork at the 2001 Academy Awards ceremony is going up for auction.
The dress will be among approximately 150 celebrity fashion items that will be auctioned via eBay Sept. 18-25 in conjunction with London Fashion Week.
Citing a scheduling conflict, Ryan Cabrera has canceled his planned Friday (8/26) concert at Paramount's Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA.
