Def Leppard lines up more shows with Bryan Adams
After a successful summer run, Def Leppard and Bryan Adams are teaming up once again for a co-headlining tour this fall.
Only a handful of October and November dates have been announced so far, but more will be announced "shortly," according to Def Leppard's official website. Ricky Warwick, who recently released the album "Love Many Trust Few," is set to open the shows.
Def Leppard 's covers album "Yeah!," originally slated for release Sept. 20, has been pushed back to late 2005 or early 2006. However, guitarist Vivian Campbell will send to stores his debut solo album "Two Sides of If," a collection of blues standards, on Sept. 27. The set will be available through his website.
On Sept. 10, the second annual LepCon, a fan convention for and by Def Leppard fans, will take place at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Besides celebrating Def Leppard, the event raises money for drummer Rick Allen's Raven Drum Foundation. More information is posted at the band's website.
Adams released his latest album, "Room Service," on May 10. The set features the cut "Why Do You Have to be So Hard to Love," which is streaming at his website.
