R&B singerD'Angelo [ tickets ], best known for his Grammy-winning hit "Untitled (How Does It Feel)", reportedly is at home recovering from an automobile accident that initially left the singer hospitalized in critical condition.

On Sept. 19, the 31-year-old singer--real name Michael Eugene Archer--was ejected from a 2003 Hummer driven by a female companion after the vehicle veered off the road and struck a fence. He reportedly was not wearing a seatbelt.

D'Angelo's lawyer, L. Londell McMillan, told the Associated Press the singer was "banged up and bruised but apparently had no broken bones." McMillan also issued a statement in which he said that D'Angelo is "anxious to finish the recording of his soul masterpiece that the world has patiently awaited."

The cause of the crash is under investigation.

British metal veterans Iron Maiden [ tickets ] have unveiled plans to release a live album next month.

Scheduled to hit stores Oct. 4, the two-disc set--titled "Death on the Road"--captures the group's sold-out, December 2003 show at Westfalenhalle Arena in Dortumund, Germany.

A filmed version of the concert will turn up on a subsequent DVD, for which a release date has not yet been announced.

Bad Boy Records has announced a Nov. 29 release date for "The Notorious B.I.G. Duets: The Final Chapter." The album features rhymes from the late rapper, who was gunned down in 1997, paired with vocals by a number of yet-to-be-revealed "superstars," according to the label.

Former Beach Boy Brian Wilson [ tickets ] is raising money to benefit the victims of hurricane Katrina by offering donors who contribute $100 or more a personal phonecall.

"I will call you personally and answer a question you may have, or just say hello or whatever," Wilson wrote in a message posted at his website.
