Singer/songwriter Ryan Cabrera [ tickets ] supports his recently released album, "You Stand Watching," with a busy fall tour that launches on the West Coast in mid-October and works its way east through late November.

Pop group The Click Five will open most dates. Details are included in the itinerary below.

Released last month, "You Stand Watching" is the follow-up to Cabrera's platinum-certified solo debut, last year's "Take It All Away." The new set includes first single "Shine On," which sits at No. 45 on Billboard's latest Hot 100 Airplay chart. The track will serve as the theme song for Cabrera's upcoming MTV game show, "Score," which is slated to debut Oct. 10, according to a press release.

The Click Five are working the road behind their mid-August debut, "Greetings from Imrie House," which entered The Billboard 200 album chart at No. 15, thanks in part to its hit single, "Just the Girl." The cut's music video reached the No. 4 slot on MTV's "TRL" countdown, and is also in rotation on Fuse, Nickelodeon and the N, according to Atlantic Records.

On Nov. 24, the Boston-based quintet will perform live in New York City as part of the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which will air on NBC.
