Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt, Joe Ely, Guy Clark team again
As they've done several times in the past, singer/songwriters Lyle Lovett , John Hiatt , Joe Ely and Guy Clark will hit the road next month for a round of co-headlining tour dates.
The foursome kicks things off Nov. 3 in Clearwater, FL, and is scheduled to play a dozen dates by mid-November. Details are included below.
Also shown below are a few December and January dates that Lovett has lined up, which are billed as the Lyle Lovett Acoustic Trio.
Lovett continues to support his latest album, 2003's "My Baby Don't Tolerate." The set is his inaugural effort for Lost Highway Records and his first collection of original solo material since 1996's "The Road to Ensenada."
Hiatt offered up his latest set, "Master of Disaster," in June. On Nov. 1, New West Records will issue a new Hiatt CD and separate DVD titled "Live from Austin," which captures Hiatt's 1993 performance for PBS's "Austin City Limits" concert series.
Ely's most recent collection of new material is 2003's "Streets of Sin." "Settle for Love," a compilation of previously released works culled from 1987's "Lord of the Highway" and 1988's "Dig All Night," followed last year.
Clark's latest, meanwhile, is 2002's "The Dark," which houses a dozen original tracks.
