Ratdog Fall Tour To Launch October 21st

Ratdog , Bob Weir's longtime side project during and since the final years of the Grateful Dead, has announced plans for an extensive fall tour that's set to kick off Oct. 21 in San Diego.

While much of the tour is now locked in, final confirmation is pending on many dates, according to the official Grateful Dead website.

The tour is primarily routed through clubs and theaters in the 1000-capacity range, and nearly 30 U.S. cities are on the itinerary. The jaunt is expected to end on Dec. 2 in West Palm Beach, Fla.

It was confirmed yesterday that former dead bassist Phil Lesh will tour with Bob Dylan beginning in late October.
