Rockers Saves the Day [ tickets ], who have not yet announced a label or release date for their forthcoming album, are forging ahead with plans for a late-winter/early spring tour.

The outing launches in early March, and so far stops are set at clubs and theaters in more than 30 cities through mid-April. Details are included below.

"Don't worry if you don't see your hometown on the list of dates, 'cause the second half of the tour will be posted soon," the band wrote in a message posted at its website on Thursday (1/19).

The group's lineup features founding singer/guitarist Chris Conley, drummer Pete Parada, guitarist David Soloway, and new bassist Manny Carrero, who replaces the departed Eben D'Amico.

The quartet has reportedly finished work on its next studio set, "Sound the Alarm," and is hoping to issue the disc this spring, but no specific details have been announced. The group members funded the new recording themselves after their previous label, Dreamworks, folded last year.

Whenever it does surface, "Sound the Alarm" will be the follow up to 2003's "In Reverie," the band's only release for Dreamworks.

An odds-and-ends collection titled "Ups & Downs: Early Recordings and B-Sides" followed in 2004 on Vagrant Records, for whom the band recorded prior to signing with Dreamworks.
