Flyleaf tackles inaugural headlining tour

Fresh off the SnoCore tour with Shinedown and Seether, Texas' Flyleaf has embarked on its first headlining trek.

The outing, which is already underway, is currently set to traverse the United States though April 22.

Flyleaf's self-titled debut, which hit stores in October, sits at at No. 3 on Billboard magazine's Top Heatseekers chart and at No. 2 on the Alternative New Artist chart.

The single "I'm So Sick," which is streaming at the group's website, is gaining airplay at radio stations nationwide. Its music video, which is airing on Fuse and MTV2, was directed by the Brothers Strause (Linkin Park, A Perfect Circle).

Flyleaf--singer Lacey Mosley, guitarists Spence Bhattacharya and Jared Hartmann, drummer James Culpepper and bassist Pat Seals--is also inviting fans to join its free Flyleaf Mobile Fan Club. Members receive a free "I'm So Sick" ringtone, text-message news and tour updates, and other perks.
