Carrie Underwood hosts holiday variety show

Carrie Underwood will headline her own two-hour variety television special Dec. 7 on the Fox television network. During the show, Underwood will perform new music from her upcoming album, "Play On," as well as previously released hits and holiday classics, according to a statement posted on her website.
Underwood's special musical guests will include Dolly Parton, Brad Paisley, David Cook and additional, yet-to-be announced artists.
