Chris Brown set to launch 'Fan Appreciation' run

For the first time since being convicted of assaulting fellow R&B singer Rihanna, Chris Brown has mapped his return to the tour circuit with a round of fall theater shows throughout the US.

The entertainer's "Fan Appreciation" journey begins next week with an Oct. 27 performance in East Rutherford, NJ. The "Powerhouse" concert, sponsored by New York radio station Power 105.1 (WWPR), will also feature Fabolous, Keri Hilson, Trey Songz, The-Dream, Mario, Day26 and Ginuwine, according to the station's website.

After a two-week break, Brown will kick off a 17-show run with a Nov. 14 concert in Houston. The coast-to-coast outing concludes Dec. 13 in Philadelphia. Details are below.

Special guest New Boyz will provide opening support for the tour.

Brown is touring ahead of "Graffiti," his third studio effort, which is slated to hit shelves later this year. The record's first single, "I Can Transform Ya," features Lil' Wayne and Swizz Beatz and has so far peaked at No. 18 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Last month, the 20-year-old singer, who in August was sentenced to five years' probation, began his six months of community labor and a year of domestic-violence counseling for the February attack last month.
