Details announced for Paid Dues indie hip-hop fest

The 4th annual Paid Dues independent hip-hop festival returns to the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA, on March 28, according to a press release.
This year's fest will feature performances from Atmosphere , Tech N9ne , Living Legends , Brother Ali, B-Real, and Eyedea & Abilities among others.
Paid Dues, which was named independent hip-hop's premiere festival by SOHH.com, will be hosted this year by 2Mex. Tickets go on sale Jan. 31.
