Featured Photos: Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival, Chicago IL - Nov. 22, 2008

Packing 18 bands into 12 hours, the Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival celebrated the city's musical roots. The event, co-hosted by the Congress Theatre and KingTello Presents, showcased a bevy of talent on two stages, including artists such as David Grisman and The Avett Brothers , among others.

In the spirit of the Thanksgiving season, the musical feast was also a benefit for the Chicago-based Saving Tiny Hearts Foundation, which works to eradicate congenital heart defects in children.
