Some of country music's hottest acts will take the stage at this established Minnesota festival just south of Detroit Lakes. Over the course of three days, musicians including Toby Keith , Taylor Swift , Tim McGraw and Kellie Pickler will perform before tens of thousands of fans at the country music festival and campout. ( WE Fest occurs at the same location--Soo Pass Ranch--as late July's 10,000 Lakes Festival.)
