Jo Dee Messina hosts holiday benefit concert in Nashville

Jo Dee Messina will play a benefit concert Dec. 5 at Brentwood United Methodist Church in Nashville, according to a press release. Messina--who will perform with the BUMC youth choir--is donating all proceeds from the holiday concert to Harvest Hands Community Development Corporation, a non-profit, faith-based organization in South Nashville.

Free advance tickets for the show are available at Messina's website, and the church and Harvest Hands in downtown Nashville; however, fans will be asked to make a donation at the event.

During the special holiday show--which will stream live at Messina's website--the country singer/songwriter will perform music from her 2002 Christmas album, "A Joyful Noise," as well as holiday classics and new songs from her next release including the upcoming single, "That's God."
