John Fogerty appears on 'Live By Request'

John Fogerty is scheduled to perform a fan-dictated set list on "Live By Request," which will air live Nov. 7 on PBS television stations, according to a press release.

"Live By Request," which originally ran as an ongoing series from 1996-2004, provides viewers an opportunity to create the set list and have a chance to personally talk to the performer. Fans can submit requests across several media platforms including live interactive video requests, call-in requests and text, email and social-network requests.

The show, which has featured acts ranging from David Bowie to Gloria Estefan, was created by Tony Bennett. Bennett's son, Danny Bennett, is the executive producer of both the original series and the PBS special.
