John Fogerty readies Royal Albert Hall concert DVD

John Fogerty 's June 2008 concert at London's Royal Albert Hall will be released Nov. 3 on DVD, according to a press release. Fogerty had last appeared at the esteemed venue in 1971 with Creedence Clearwater Revival.

During the concert, Fogerty said, "It's hard to imagine that I'm walking on to this stage that I left 37 years ago. ... I sure didn't know it would take so long to come back! Tonight is a celebration of my music and my personal revival. And when I walk off this stage tonight, it will be with a happy heart."

"Comin' Down The Road: The Concert at Royal Albert Hall" features songs from the rock-and-roller's days fronting Creedence Clearwater Revival, as well as music from his solo career. Among the 26 tracks are "Born On The Bayou," "Down On The Corner," "Up Around the Bend," "Fortunate Son," "Broken Down Cowboy" and "Comin' Down The Road."
