Following a short European run later this month, Canadian singer/songwriter Justin Nozuka [ tickets ] will kick off a five-week tour of the US in anticipation of his sophomore set, "Gray."

The stateside trek, which begins Nov. 3 in New York City, will roll through 21 major markets from one coast to the other. The club and theater outing concludes Dec. 3 in Seattle. The full itinerary is below.

"Holly," Nozuka's major-label debut, surfaced last April in the US, a full year after the record hit retailers in Canada and parts of Europe. The musician has been working on his sophomore set, "Gray," which is expected to hit shelves sometime next year.

"The second album is almost complete," Nozuka stated in a recent press release. "It's been a long while in the making, and I'm so pleased with how it's all feeling."

Nozuka spent the spring on a co-headlining tour with Missy Higgins and performed on John Mayer's second annual boat cruise, "The Mayercraft Carrier II," in March.

Last year, Nozuka received a Juno Award nomination in the "New Artist of the Year" category. The annual awards ceremony honors Canadian musicians who show outstanding achievement in the country's record industry.
