Contemporary Christian singer Michael W. Smith [ tickets ] has worked out a summer and fall tour schedule for his "A New Hallelujah World Tour," including stops at Sean Hannity Freedom Concerts and at various Men at the Cross events.

The excursion begins with two appearances on Sean Hannity's Freedom Tour--Friday (8/21) in Cincinnati and Saturday (8/22) in Duluth, GA--followed by a trio of performances--Sept. 11 in Harrisburg, PA, Sept. 25 in Oklahoma City and Oct. 2 in Boise, ID--at Men at the Cross events. Smith will officially kick off his world tour with an Oct. 9 concert in Jamestown, NY. The current itinerary finishes with a two-night stand (11/30-12/1) in Dallas for performances dubbed "It's a Wonderful Christmas." Details are below.

"A New Hallelujah," Smith's most recent live album, surfaced last October and landed at No. 19 on The Billboard 200. An 88-minute DVD entitled "A New Hallelujah" featuring live performances from the album, as well as behind-the-scenes footage, hit shelves earlier this year.

The Grammy Award winner released "It's a Wonderful Christmas," his most recent studio set, in 2007.
