LONDON-- Neil Finn [ tickets ], the former frontman for Crowded House, is to release a new album and embark on a tour of midsize venues in April.

"One Nil," Finn's second solo album for Parlophone, will hit the U.K. on April 9. He will begin his 13-date outing at the Waterfront in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on April 21 and finish at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham, England, on May 12.

Finn released his first solo album, "Try Whistling This," via Parlophone, in 1998.
