Rascal Flatts maintain 'Unstoppable' road trip in 2010
Country superstars Rascal Flatts , who are currently on a well-earned break after a busy year on the road, have added a handful of 2010 shows to their lengthy trek behind last spring's "Unstoppable."
The group's itinerary now includes five concerts scattered throughout North America, beginning Jan. 21 in Rochester, NY, and running through Jan. 30 in Hamilton, Ontario. Details are shown below.
Tickets for most shows go on sale Saturday (11/14) via Live Nation.
The award-winning trio released its sixth studio set, "Unstoppable," in April. The record, produced by guitarist Dann Huff, debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold nearly a million copies to date.
The country outfit has been nominated for several different awards, including two American Music Awards in the categories of Favorite Country Music Band, Duo or Group, and Favorite Country Music Album for "Unstoppable." The awards ceremony will air Nov. 22 on ABC.
Rascal Flatts is also up for Best Country Artist at the 2010 People's Choice Awards, winners for which will be revealed in January.
In August, Rascal Flatts announced its participation in the iTunes Pass program, allowing fans who subscribe to the service exclusive weekly downloads, including concert recordings, studio rehearsals and lost demos. A total of 28 exclusive tracks have been released so far. Rascal Flatts is the first country act to offer fans the iTunes Pass option.
