Weekend Ticketing: KISS, Bruce Springsteen, Daughtry, Mark Knopfler, Jackson Browne
Face-painted rock icons KISS set out later this month on an anniversary outing dubbed "KISS Alive 35," which will support the group's soon-to-be-released album, "Sonic Boom." The forthcoming set--a Wal-Mart exclusive--is the group's first new studio effort in more than a decade.
Tickets go on sale Friday (9/18) in North Little Rock, AR, and on Saturday (9/19) in Pensacola, FL; Tampa, FL; Sunrise, FL; Birmingham, AL; Atlanta; Nashville; Minneapolis; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; Calgary, Alberta; and San Diego.

Currently in the midst of a lengthy North American run, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are expected to take at least a year or two off after performing 26 shows booked though a Nov. 22 finale in Buffalo, NY.
Friday (9/18) on-sales are set for tickets to the Boss' upcoming engagement in Charlotte, NC, and a two-night stand at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

Alt-rockers Daughtry --helmed by "American Idol" finalist Chris Daughtry--have laid out plans for the first leg of the group's US arena tour behind last month's "Leave This Town." The North Carolina-based quintet will hit the road beginning Oct. 19 in Topeka, KS, stopping by arenas in 36 cities from coast to coast.
Tickets roll out Saturday (9/19) in Greensboro, NC: Highland Heights, KY; Huntington, WV; Wilkes-Barre, PA; Bridgeport, CT; and Fairfax, VA.

Renowned guitarist Mark Knopfler is planning ahead for a spring North American run behind his brand-new release, "Get Lucky." The former Dire Straits frontman will begin the tour with an April 8 performance in Seattle, followed by theater stops in 23 major markets through early May.
Tickets will hit the box office Friday (9/18) in Vancouver, British Columbia; Oakland, CA; Denver; Kansas City, MO; Chicago; Ann Arbor, MI; Buffalo, NY; Toronto; and New York City. Saturday (9/19) on-sales are lined up in Minneapolis and Portland, OR, and a lone Sunday (9/20) on-sale is in place for Los Angeles.

After a full year on the road with his backing band, Jackson Browne will head off on a solo-acoustic tour of the US this fall for the first time since early 2008. The singer/songwriter will kick off the journey Nov. 1 in Harrisburg, PA, stopping by theaters and auditoriums throughout the eastern half of the country.
Tickets go on sale Friday (9/18) for stops in Baltimore, MD; Orlando, FL; and Des Moines, IA. Saturday (9/19) on-sales are set in Scranton, PA; and Asheville, NC.
