Nickelback maps early 2007 tour

Nickelback will cap its support for last year's "All the Right Reasons" with a late-winter tour that will also feature fellow rockers Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin .

The three bands launch the outing Feb. 20 in Tacoma, WA, and are currently scheduled to play 18 shows by mid-March. The itinerary is included below.

The upcoming run follows a busy touring year for Nickelback. According to industry trade magazine Pollstar, the Canadian group has sold about 800,000 tickets since the beginning of the year, which ranks as the sixth highest amount by any artist so far this year.

Released in October of 2005, "All the Right Reasons" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 chart after moving about 317,000 copies during its first week in stores. The disc has gone on to sell more than 4 million copies in the US, and has spawned five No. 1 rock singles--"Photograph," "Animals," "Savin' Me," "Rockstar" and "Far Away"--according to Roadrunner Records.

Three Days Grace is backing its June release, "One-X," while Breaking Benjamin is working the road behind "Phobia," which surfaced in August.

On Nov. 21, Nickelback will be in Los Angeles for the annual American Music Awards ceremony. The group is nominated for Favorite Pop/Rock Band, Duo or Group; Favorite Pop/Rock Album; and Favorite Alternative Artist.
