Boston-based rockers Killswitch Engage will lead a hardcore contingent in February when they set out on a headlining tour behind their most recent set, last year's "As Daylight Dies."
Fellow noise merchants Dragonforce , Chimaira and He is Legend will also ride along on the tour, which kicks off Feb. 21 in Philadelphia. The 38-date outing is set to run through early April; details are shown below.
Last November, Killswitch Engage offered up "As Daylight Dies," its fourth studio set, and third release for Roadrunner Records. The album follows 2004's "The End of Heartache" and 2005's gold-certified DVD "(Set This) World Ablaze."
"Everyone is excited about the new material," bassist Mike D'Antonio said in a statement. "We went back to the basics of everyone contributing on this record."
British hard rockers Dragonforce are backing their third studio album, 2006's "Inhuman Rampage."
Chimaira's fourth studio album, and first for the Ferret label, "Resurrection," is set for a March 6 release.
He is Legend's most recent studio effort, "Suck Out the Poison," shipped last October.
