Alt-rockers New Found Glory have unloaded a heap of new dates onto their upcoming co-headlining tour with fellow punk-pop outfit Senses Fail .
The dual-branded outing, which kicks off Oct. 5 in Las Vegas, now stretches deep into November, with 34 cities on the schedule. All dates are shown below, including New Found Glory's remaining obligation as part of the Vans Warped Tour , a show tomorrow night (8/22) in Fresno, CA.
A variety of opening acts are expected to pop up during the tour, including Set Your Goals, Bedlight for Blue Eyes, Dr. Manhattan, and A Cursive Memory.
New Found Glory will release "From the Screen to Your Stereo Pt. 2" on Sept. 18. The disc is a follow-up of sorts to the band's similarly titled 2000 EP, and consists entirely of cover versions of songs originally featured in movie soundtracks.
The set features a number of guest vocalists, including Adam Lazarra from Taking Back Sunday, Chris Carraba of Dashboard Confessional, Will Pugh of Cartel and Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy. Additionally, Lisa Loeb provides guest vocals on New Found Glory's version of her own No. 1 single, 1994's "Stay (I Missed You)."
Senses Fail continues to back "Still Searching," released last October on the Vagrant label. The album follows the band's 2004 debut, "Let It Enfold You." The group recorded the new disc in May with producer Brian McTernan (Thrice, Cave In) behind the boards and new guitarist Heath Saraceno (formerly of Midtown) in the lineup, replacing founding member Dave Miller, who left the group last year.
