Lifehouse launches late-year headlining trek

After spending most of the summer opening shows for the Goo Goo Dolls, alt-rockers Lifehouse return to the road this fall under their own headlining banner.

The California trio, which is currently backing June's "Who We Are," kicked off their tour earlier this month and will hit Clifton Park, NJ, tonight (9/26). Including the Jersey gig, the band has 21 cities remaining on its outing, which is set to run through the first week of November. All dates are shown below.

"Who We Are," the band's fourth studio album, was recorded in Los Angeles at Kiefer Sutherland and Jude Cole's Ironworks studio. It follows the group's self-titled 2005 album..

"This record came very naturally," bassist Bryce Soderberg said in the band's online bio. "On the road, we'd throw a song out during sound check and it just flowed together. There was a great deal of spontaneity involved. We were into similar influences. It felt like we were on the same page musically."

"We're closer as a band than ever," added drummer Rick Woolstenhulme.
