Singer/songwriter Feist has tacked a few new shows onto the end of her upcoming North American tour, which backs the singer's current album, "The Reminder."
The Canadian performer--whose full name is Leslie Feist--has added a pair of shows in the South and will be making toward far northern climes as she plays in three Canadian provinces--New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia--that don't generally see too many visits from bona fide pop stars.
The tour kicks off Nov. 6 in Portland, OR. All dates for the 13-city trek are included below.
Feist is currently on tour in Europe through mid-October. Those dates can be found at her freshly refurbished official website, now reopened after the performer shut down the site earlier this year because she wasn't happy with the way it was being run, according to a message she left for fans at the time of its closing.
The singer continues to back "The Reminder," released on May 1. The album was pieced together while the singer was on a 33-month tour behind her previous album, 2004's "Let It Die," according to her online biography.
Feist recently enjoyed a huge spike in her chart figures after her song "1234" was used in a television commercial for Apple's iPod Nano. According to Nielsen Soundscan, the single went from moving around 2,000 downloads per week in early September to more than 73,000 per week later in the month, after the ad began airing, with the song hitting No. 28 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart.
Videos of "1234" and "My Moon, My Man," both songs from "The Reminder," can be found at the singer's website.
