Husband-and-wife indie-pop duo Mates of State have launched a US tour behind "Re-Arrange Us," which arrives in stores tomorrow (5/20).
The pair--Kori Gardner and Jason Hammel--kicked off the run last week on the East Coast. The next appearance for the electronic duo will come Thursday (5/22) in San Francisco, with 19 dates remaining on the act's schedule.
The duo's itinerary includes a number of large outdoor festival commitments, starting with May 25's Sasquatch! Festival in George, WA. The complete schedule is included below. Indie rockers Headlights will offer opening support for the trek's headlining dates, along with Black Joe Lewis & The Honey Bears.
"Re-Arrange Us," Mates of State's fifth studio album, was recorded in three different cities with a trio of producers, including Death Cab For Cutie's Chris Walla and Spoon drummer Jim Eno, along with Peter Katis (The Twilight Sad, The National).
The music video accompanying the disc's first single, "Get Better," is streaming at the Mates' website.
