These Arms Are Snakes to fly 'Dove' on road

Post-hardcore act These Arms Are Snakes has lined up a headlining outing beginning late next month to support the band's most recent set, October's "Tail Swallower and Dove."

The Seattle-based group will launch the trek Feb. 22 in Denver, CO. Clouds and All the Saints will offer opening support during the 20-city tour, which comes to a close March 22 in Albuquerque, NM. The complete itinerary is included below.

The band's drummer, Chris Common, produced "Tail Swallower and Dove," the group's third album and follow-up to 2006's "Easter."

Streaming cuts from the new album are streaming at the group's Purevolume page.

Consisting of Common (drums, percussion), Brian Cook (bass, guitar, keyboards), Ryan Frederiksen (guitar, keyboards) and Steve Snere (vocals), These Arms Are Snakes formed out of the ashes of several post-hardcore acts, including Seattle's Botch and Minneapolis-based Kill Sadie, releasing its debut album, "Oxeneers or the Lion Sleeps When Its Antelope Go Home," in 2004.
