
The inaugural edition of the Alternative Press AP Tour will kick off in March, with a lineup that includes 3OH!3 , The Maine and Family Force 5.
The alt-rock-oriented magazine is partnering with Rockstar Energy Drink to put on the tour, which will also feature Hit the Lights and A Rocket to the Moon. The outing, which is scheduled to hit more than 40 cities over two months, launches March 20 in Dallas, TX. Dates are below.
Pre-sale tickets for the tour will be available Jan. 12-16; details are available at the magazine's website. Tickets go on sale to the general public Jan. 17.
Electronica/hip-hop duo Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte--better known as 3OH!3--continue to support their sophomore release, "Want." The album, which surfaced in September, features lead single, "Don't Trust Me," which is co-produced by Benny Blanco (Spank Rock, Katy Perry), and is streaming at the duo's MySpace page.
Pop-punkers The Maine released their debut full-length, "Can't Stop, Won't Stop," in July, and added a December holiday-themed EP, "... And a Happy New Year."
Christian "crunk rockers" Family Force 5 issued their second studio effort, "Dance or Die," in August.
