In the San Francisco area with the KISS tour, Ted Nugent [ tickets ] went to a Neiman Marcus store on Sunday (7/30), where an anti-fur protester threatened to kill Nugent during his next hunting trip. The protester was arrested.

Launch reported that jethrotull.com and jethro-tull.com are now the property of the band Jethro Tull [ tickets ], and not of a Florida man who tried to sell the names to the band for $13,000. The World Intellectual Property Organization made the ruling after frontman Ian Anderson filed suit.
