Britney Spears was allowed to spend time with her sons Feb. 23, nearly two months after she last saw them, according to published reports.
Spears' last visit with the boys, Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, was Jan. 3--the night police were called to the pop star's home after she refused to return the children to their dad, Kevin Federline, via one of his bodyguards. Spears was taken out of her home on a stretcher that evening and briefly hospitalized. She was hospitalized a second time four weeks later.
Spears' visit with her sons came one day after Federline's attorney announced that the couple "agreed to a modification of the court's order" that had taken away her rights to see her boys. Specifics of the visit were not available but according to reports, Spears' psychiatrist was present.
