Ozzfest will return this year in a much different form than in the past, with namesake Ozzy Osbourne and Metallica topping the bill for a one-day only stadium show in Texas. The new, downsized heavy metal festival is set to take place Aug. 9 in Frisco, TX, a suburb of Dallas, at 20,500-seat Pizza Hut Park, home of Major League Soccer's FC Dallas club. In keeping with the event's history, the concert will feature bands playing concurrently on three stages.

Neil Diamond --whose four-plus-decade career is in the midst of a renaissance, thanks largely to producer Rick Rubin--has landed his first No. 1 album with the Rubin-helmed "Home Before Dark. Diamond's new set--which is his second with Rubin--sold about 146,000 copies during its first week in stores, more than enough to claim the No. 1 spot on the forthcoming Billboard 200 chart. Also scoring a big debut week is Toby Keith's best-of set, "35 Biggest Hits," which enters the chart at No. 2 on sales of about 103,000 copies. The aforementioned pair of debuts push Madonna's "Hard Candy," last week's No. 1, down to No. 3, while former "American Idol" contestant Clay Aiken debuts at No. 4 with "On My Way Here," and Mariah Carey's "E=MC2" drops from No. 2 to No. 5.
