John Mayer hosts annual Holiday Acoustic Revue
John Mayer 's 2nd Annual Holiday Acoustic Revue concert, which this year will benefit Toys for Tots and the Los Angeles Food Bank, will be held Saturday (12/6) at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater.
For Mayer, who will perform solo acoustic, the concert will be a celebration of the holiday season and his five recent Grammy nominations, according to a press release.
Grammy-nominated Best New Artist Adele will open the show.
In other news, 2009 has Mayer joining the 2nd annual voyage aboard the Mayercraft Carrier--Carnival Cruise Line's newest and biggest ship, The Splendor--which will sail from Los Angeles to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, from March 27-31. Mayer, O.A.R., and Guster are among the bands expected to perform.
